Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all quotations, assignments and agreements between Carpentry020 and its clients. By placing an order or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Contractor: Carpentry020.
- Client: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Carpentry020.
- Work: all services and/or products to be provided by Carpentry020.
2. Quotations and prices
- All prices on this website are indicative and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless indicated otherwise.
- A final price is set after an on-site survey/inspection.
3. Survey, planning and execution
- After approval we plan the work in consultation. Timeframes are indicative.
- The client ensures sufficient access to the work area and necessary facilities.
- Carpentry020 works according to professional standards and delivers tidy and clean.
4. Changes to scope
Changes requested by the client that lead to extra or fewer activities are settled as variation orders at the applicable rates. Additional work is only carried out after approval.
5. Payment
- Payment is processed via Mollie or according to the agreement in the quote/invoice.
- In case of late payment, the client is in default and administration/collection costs may be charged.
6. Cancellation
- Cancellation before work starts: free of charge unless costs have already been incurred (purchasing, preparation).
- Cancellation after work has started: hours and materials already incurred will be fully invoiced.
7. Warranty
- Warranty on materials and assembly as per the quote. Normal use and maintenance are required.
- Damage due to improper use, poor maintenance or external influences is excluded from warranty.
8. Liability
- Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment/invoice, unless in case of intent or gross negligence.
- Indirect damage (consequential damage, lost profits) is excluded.
9. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather, illness, supply issues) Carpentry020 has the right to suspend execution or dissolve the agreement without liability.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, drawings and documents made by Carpentry020 remain the property of Carpentry020 unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
11. Complaints
Complaints about execution must be reported in writing within 7 days after delivery. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Carpentry020’s place of business.

Cancellation & refunds policy
This policy applies to all orders and assignments with Carpentry020. Because we deliver bespoke services, rules differ from standard webshops with physical goods.
1. Cancellation before start
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned start, unless costs have already been incurred (purchasing, preparation, drawings). Any incurred costs will be charged.
2. Cancellation after start
- When cancelling after work has started, hours already spent and purchased materials will be fully invoiced.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are paid via the same payment method as the original payment.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
- Partially performed assignments may qualify for a partial refund pro rata.
4. Right of withdrawal
For services started with consent within the statutory withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal can be limited in accordance with the law.

Delivery, planning and execution
Information about our process, lead times and execution.
1. Intake and site survey
- After your request we schedule an intake. If needed, a site survey follows.
2. Lead times
- Indicative lead times are communicated in the quote. Lead times depend on material availability and planning.
3. Handover
- We deliver according to agreement. Together we check the executed work upon handover.
4. Materials
- Materials are purchased and delivered by us. Any damages or shortages are reported and solved in consultation.
Complaints procedure
We strive to help you well. If you have a complaint, we follow these steps.
1. Submit
- Submit your complaint as soon as possible via Majtabasadat@yahoo.com with description, photos (if applicable) and order details.
2. Assessment
- You will receive a substantive response within 14 days. We may ask additional questions or schedule an inspection.
3. Resolution
- Possible resolutions are repair, replacement, price reduction or (partial) refund, depending on the situation.
4. Disputes
If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court as stated in our Terms.
Payments & security
Payments are processed securely via Worldline as our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Security
- Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure/PSD2) where applicable.
- Card data is processed by the provider; we do not store sensitive payment data.
